Yinn Shan is an experienced therapist with over eight years of clinical experience in social work and counselling, and more than 18 years of experience working in healthcare and community settings. She supports individuals and families navigating grief, loss, caregiving stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges.
Yinn Shan’s therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed and client-centred practices, drawing on Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy and other evidence-based psychosocial approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client. Her work emphasises meaning-making and the exploration of personal stories, helping clients reconnect with their values, strengths, and preferred ways of living.
