Yuki Hasegawa is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who tailors therapy to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. Her approach blends empathy, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based techniques to help clients navigate challenges, foster self-awareness, and achieve lasting positive change. She is committed to supporting individuals in enhancing their emotional well-being, building healthier relationships, and finding greater fulfillment in life.
Born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, Yuki moved to New York in her mid-20s as an expatriate's spouse. During her ten years there, she earned a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University and became a licensed mental health therapist in New York.
